Five commitments,
written down on purpose.

A commitment you cannot point at is a preference. These are the principles that shape how BevGenie is designed, built, and operated.

01

Customer ownership

Customers own their data. ConsumerIQ never claims ownership of Customer Content.

02

Privacy by design

Privacy considerations are incorporated into product design and engineering decisions.

03

Security by design

Security is considered throughout software development and deployment.

04

Responsible AI

AI should enhance — not replace — human judgment.

05

Transparency

We strive to communicate clearly about how AI works, how customer information is processed, and how our infrastructure operates.

In practice

Where each commitment shows up.

Principles are only useful if you can see them in the product and the paperwork.

How each commitment is implemented
CommitmentWhere you see it
Customer ownershipCustomers retain ownership of all uploaded information. ConsumerIQ processes Customer Content only to deliver requested functionality.
Privacy by designCustomer Content is processed only as necessary to deliver requested services, and is not intentionally shared across customers.
Security by designTLS in transit, provider-managed encryption at rest, logical customer data isolation, and least-privilege access controls.
Responsible AIBevGenie provides AI-assisted insights and recommendations. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
TransparencyPublished infrastructure providers, a stated AI philosophy, and a plainly worded cookie policy.
