ConsumerIQ does not intentionally use Customer Content submitted to BevGenie to train public foundation models.
Who owns my uploaded files?
You do.
Customers retain ownership of all uploaded information.
Can other customers access my information?
No.
Customer Content is logically isolated and is not intentionally shared across organizations.
Where is my information stored?
Customer information is processed using trusted cloud infrastructure providers including Vercel, Supabase, Amazon S3, Anthropic, Voyage AI (when enabled), Stripe, Resend, and Google Analytics (when enabled), each performing only the functions necessary to deliver the Service.
Does BevGenie make decisions for my business?
No.
BevGenie provides AI-assisted insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
